Mr. ZHOU Yunjie, Chinese national, 54 years old, has Australian permanent residency, and graduated from the PBC School of Finance at Tsinghua University with an EMBA. As one of the outstanding entrepreneurs in Beijing, Mr. ZHOU Yunjie concurrently is President of ORG Packaging Shareholding Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “ORG”) share-held by Shanghai Yuanlong Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Shanghai Yuanlong”), and also takes the social positions including Executive Member of the Beijing Municipal Federation of Industry & Commerce, Executive Director of China Packaging Federation and Director in Metal Containers Committee of China Packaging Federation and etc.
Mr. ZHOU Yunjie has been devoted to the relevant work of the metal packaging industry of China, and deeply involved in the development of the packaging industry. Since the 90s, ORG, under the leadership of Mr. ZHOU Yunjie, has become the leading player in the metal packaging industry. Being the integrated solution provider in the metal packaging products, ORG is the largest metal packaging company listed in A-share. Mr. ZHOU Yunjie, with his global vision and deep understanding of the packaging industry, is one of the influential entrepreneurs in the industry. In November 2015, Mr. ZHOU Yunjie led in the strategic investment in the HK-listed CPMC Holdings by ORG, pioneering in the participation in the mixed ownership reform of the packaging industry by the private companies.
Mr. ZHOU Yuan, Chinese national, 29 years old, has Australian permanent residency, and graduated from Monash University with a bachelor’s degree. Mr. ZHOU Yuan has been holding the post of Vice President in Shanghai Yuanlong and ORG since November 2010.
Ms. WEI Qiong, Chinese national, 44 years old, has no permanent residency outside China, and graduated from Tsinghua University with an EMBA. Ms. WEI once worked in Sichuan Chuanxi Phosphorus Chemical Group Company and Hainan Provincial Chemical Import & Export Company. She joined ORG in 1999, and has served as Director in ORG since 2008. She served as the Deputy General Manager in ORG from 2006 to 2010, and General Manager in ORG from 2010 to 2014. Ms. Wei has been deeply engaged in the packaging industry for 17 years, and overseen the listed company for many years, witnessing ORG growing into a leading player in the metal packaging industry and the largest A-share listed metal packaging company.
Ms. WEI has deep understanding of the packaging industry, possesses rich management experience and a wide range of industrial resources, and has extensive experience and resources in the capital market. In 2014, Ms. WEI led in the acquisition of the metal packaging business units of Ardagh in Australia and New Zealand by Shanghai Yuanlong, and the acquisition was the first of its kind for a Chinese company to fully acquire a foreign packaging counterpart.
Deputy General Manager
Mr. LV Weiyu, Chinese national, 43 years old, has no permanent residency outside China, graduated from Zhejiang University with a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and Beijing Technology and Business University with a master’s degree in Accounting. Currently, Mr. LV is in charge of the business units of investment and mergers & acquisitions in Shanghai Yuanlong. Mr. LV Weiyu has had nearly 20 years of working experience in the financial field, once worked in different financial sectors such as overseas and domestic insurance and securities, and worked as the Vice Office Director on the Board of Directors in New China Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (NCI) and Director of Investment Banking in CITIC Securities.
Mr. LV Weiyu has successfully led in many mergers & acquisitions. Earlier in 2000, Mr. LV mainly participated to introduce overseas strategic investors to NCI. During his tenure in the investment banking in CITIC Securities, Mr. LV led in the acquisition of 50% equity stake in Old Mutual Guodian by China Guodian Corporation, the transfer of 38% equity stake in NCI to Central Huijin Investment Ltd. by China Insurance Security Fund Co., Ltd., the successful introduction of the overseas strategic investor of South Korean East Insurance Company into Ancheng Property & Casualty Insurance Co., Ltd., the private placement of RMB 3.5 billion by Huatai Insurance, the acquisition of the equity stake in Hangzhou Bank possessed by Asian Development Bank by China Life Insurance. Since joining Shanghai Yuanlong, Mr. LV Weiyu has successfully executed the acquisition of the metal packaging business units of Ardagh in Australia and New Zealand by Shanghai Yuanlong, the acquisition of which was the first of its kind for a Chinese company to fully acquire a foreign packaging counterpart.
Risk Control Director
Mr. HUANG Zhifeng, Chinese national, 42 years old, has no permanent residency outside China, and graduated from Sun Yat-sen University with a bachelor’s degree. Currently, Mr. HUANG is in charge of the risk control and financing in Shanghai Yuanlong. Mr. HUANG has had over 20 years of working experience in the financial industry, successively working with many financial institutions, such as the Bank of China, Banque de l’Indochine, and Development Bank of Singapore. Mr. HUANG also worked in the China Resources Group and Ping’an Group of China before. Mr. HUANG has a deep understanding of industrial funds, industry-finance collaboration and finance-finance collaboration.
